This story is about a young boy, Omar, who’s saving money up to buy a toy for himself. His friends are also buying the same toy too. But one day, Omar finds out that his local mosque needs a donation of £30,000 so that the roof of the mosque could be repaired. So Omar decides to donate the money that he saved up and he works extra hard to make more money.

He and his friends sell things and they do chores to earn money. But one day, all the money goes missing and they go on mission to find out who stole the money.

This story teaches us to be generous and help our community. I loved the generosity of Omar and how he thought about saving the mosque despite wanting to buy the toy.
It was a really nice story and it was funny too.
