This story is about a little girl called Mwana who lives with her grandma on an island called Lamu. Mwana sells mofas (a type of bread) for her grandma, Bibi. One day, things don’t go the way Mwana expects. She drops the basket of mofas on her way to the market, so she couldn’t sell them. As the day went on, Mwana faces more problems. Bibi tells her that everything is a blessing, but Mwana feels upset and doesn’t really understand this. But in the end Mwana learns that there are blessings in everything.

I really liked this story. I learnt that there is good in everything if we try to look for it. Sometimes things that we don’t expect might happen, but there can still be good in it.

This story was really nice. I hope others can also benefit from the moral.
